one, two, three

"He who is truly and hopelessly little will always drag the revelation of the greater down to the level of his littleness, and will never understand that the day of judgment for his littleness has dawned." -- Carl Jung

"You are gods" -- Jesus

We have three choices.

One, drag our highest aspiration, our most powerful energetic vision, down to our little puny constricted warped fearful self, and hope and pray it won't escape.

Two, get all inflated with "the revelation of the greater," pump ourselves up, and become a demagogue, thinking that we and only we have access to great wisdom.

Three, become the greater by letting the greater become us. "The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up." We open to our merge-inity.

All three have to do with the extent of our capacity. In the first, we are a thimble. In the second, a balloon. In the third, we are nowhere to be found.
