Three events have produced meaning in my life, have transformed my essence. One is the visionary experience as a young boy when the Earth Angel herself showed me her splendor and I became or knew I was a cosmic being. A second is my entry into the martial arts through the Marine Corps, a strong embodying as an energetic being, an opening to the way of the spiritual warrior. The third is the pursuit of the study of the psyche, of the structure and qualities of consciousness, of its formation, transformation and evolution. Those three embodyings -- as the cosmos, as a human, and as consciousness -- are the journey and the adventure of this life.
If you so desire, sit quietly and see what emerges as the three threads that interweave to form the significance of your life. This is your triadic braid.
